So, a lot of people ask me my favorite country that I've been to. In one of my recent poems, I listed these places. I always respond: South Africa! I found it amazing before I left that I was actually going to Africa on a mission trip. And, to make it better, I got a 12 hour layover in London!
Just recently, I was asked to speak on an underground Christian Iranian TV show. The studio was located near where I live. My interviewer spoke to me in another language, which was translated into my ear, and I responded in English, which was then again translated. I was so nervous I would mess up on live TV, or my translation would stop working! Anyways, it went smoothly and I was invited back! Yay! How many middle schoolers in this world get to speak about God to Iranians!
