Everywhere I go,
I see people on their phone.
Checking their Instagram feed,
A deed they perform with ritual speed.
Updating their Facebook status,
Never with hiatus.
Or Tweeting about a sweet new shop,
Typing until their fingers drop.
This new world is filled with screens,
A realm well discovered by many teens.
