The mud-stained hands guide the lump of clay.
The hands permeate the hard lump,
Slowly,
Very slowly,
Turning into into another shape.
Minutes pass,
And the clay stops twirling,
It has another shape now- it is a bowl.
Quickly,
Very quickly,
The bowl has been created.

As I walk along,
I see a fork in the road.
One path is very narrow and bending,
And one is very wide and smooth.
I start towards the smooth wide one,
But then I feel differently.
I change my direction and head toward the narrow one,
Knowing it will be an experience.

I lurk in the darkest corners,
Snickering to myself.
I hide under children's beds,
Installing a sense of fear.
I am the one who pops infants' balloons,
The one who spills a child's ice cream.
